I focus on building businesses that can run with a single employee: me. That means figuring out how to scale my own output 100x through better workflows, custom software, automation, and AI-powered decision making. Piece by piece.
My perspective comes from 10+ years in San Francisco startups as a senior product leader. I’ve worked across AI/ML, marketplaces, gaming, e-commerce, logistics, operations, growth, and data at companies including CloudTrucks, Eaze, Drop, and Pocket Gems. I’ve led teams of up to 30 people across engineering, ML, design, data science, marketing, operations, finance, and sales while staying unusually close to the actual product and technical work.

That background has turned out to be extremely useful in the AI era. I spent years accumulating a weird mix of product judgment, technical intuition, business context, and cross-functional experience. Now I use AI to turn much more of that judgment directly into software: agents, automation systems, data infrastructure, internal tools, media pipelines, and whatever else seems useful.
I’m increasingly less interested in the boundary between “product manager” and “engineer.” I care much more about whether I can understand a problem, make good decisions, and ship something that works.
Outside of building, I wrote Whole Life Wealth, a book about maximizing agency, vitality, and connection to live a rich life. And when I’m not at a computer, I’m usually finding some excuse to be on a bike, board, court, mountain, or body of water.
